The
Magic Touch
Process
Why are leaders in the garment decorating, awards and personalized gift industries using TheMagicTouch system to put color images onto almost any substrate?
1. High Quality Graphics with No Special Inks
The toner you print plain paper with is the same toner that allows you to put an image onto almost any surface. This toner is considerably less expensive than dye sublimation inks. The toner bonds to your materials in the heat press producing accurate high quality graphics. No blurry text or images resulting from inks migrating too far, as often happens with dye sublimation.
2. Use Standard Materials
Another major advantage to TheMagicTouch system is you can decorate the standard materials you are currently using; 100% cotton T-shirts, metal, plastic, vinyl, wood, mat board, POP board, handmade paper, glass, acrylic, ceramic plates, mugs and tiles, canvas bags, silk ties and on and on.
3. Highly Specialized Transfer Papers
TheMagicTouch formulates each of its products from the ground up to perform the specific application to which it is assigned. For hard surfaces you want to transfer the toner only. TheMagicTouch CPM is formulated to soften just enough to form a mold around the toner so that in the heat press the toner can liquefy and stick, like hot melt glue, to almost any surface.
The textile transfer is formulated to absorb and envelope the granules of toner and together lock the image into the weave of the fabric. TheMagicTouch has several different textile papers, each designed for a specific application. For example TTC 3.1 for light colored fine weave fabric like t-shirts has a soft hand and great washability. For sweatshirts, canvas or denim, TTC 3.1 Plus with its heavier coating does a remarkable job. The OBM media provides the white background needed to put color images on dark fabrics.
In addition TheMagicTouch offers Photo paper for photo reproduction and enlargement, Decal media for decorating items that cannot be placed in a heat press and a new line of direct print label material with a permanent adhesive for indoor and outdoor use.
With all this advanced technology, ease of use and low cost to produce professional results, it's hard to imagine why anyone would choose another color transfer system.
